SHIPPING RATES
Pick Up
In-Store Orders - Items are available for pick up free of charge at our Liam & Lana store or warehouse but will require scheduling 48 hrs. in advance. Pickup time will be established at point of sale with our Product Specialist.
Online Orders - Once you have completed your online purchase and selected the pickup option, someone will contact you within 1-2 business days to organize your pick-up date and time.
One of a Kind (oversized) – We strongly recommend all oversized One of a Kind items be delivered by our trusted third party furniture delivery service. These items can be very heavy and possibly delicate. If you decide to opt for a customer pickup, we strongly recommend you bring the proper wrapping and crew to handle your new item(s).
Local Delivery
Local delivery applies to a shipping address within a 45-mile radius of our Woodstock, GA store (Zip Code: 30188). Domestic Delivery (outside of the 45-mile radius from our Woodstock, GA store). All domestic shipping rates are calculated based on location and the retail value of the total purchase before tax.
Each zone is calculated as follows:
ZONE 1 - 1-10 Miles from Warehouse location
ZONE 2 - 10-20 Miles from Warehouse location
ZONE 3 - 20-45 Miles from Warehouse location
Alaska & Hawaii
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to these US territories at this time. For any questions regarding our products or shipping, please email hello@liamandlana.com.
International Shipping
International Shipping is not available at this time. For any questions regarding our products or shipping, please email hello@liamandlana.com.
Stairs
For deliveries with stairs or obstacles, additional shipping rates may be required at the point of scheduling.
Oversized/Fragile Deliveries
For oversized items or items including fragile components such as glass or marble, additional shipping fees may be required at the point of scheduling.
Return Fees

SERVICES
Client Delivery Services
Shopping with Liam & Lana provides you with access to a full-time Delivery Coordinator dedicated to scheduling and coordinating all deliveries throughout the entire delivery process. Once an online order has been placed, our Delivery Coordinator will contact you directly within 1-2 business days to verify your order and schedule your delivery.
3rd Party Delivery
We use Third Party White Glove Delivery Services that we know and trust for deliveries outside our local radius. Our in-house Delivery Coordinator will contact you directly within 1-2 business days of your purchase with an estimated arrival date and will organize your delivery with a suitable third-party delivery service. The third-party delivery service will then schedule the exact day and time of the delivery with the direct recipient 24-48 hours before delivery.
Pack & Ship
Our pack and ship service is automatically applied to small decor items (ie: Pillows, Lamps, Rugs, etc.) that can safely be packaged and shipped with a third-party package carrier such as FedEx or UPS. If your delivery falls into this category, you will still be contacted by our office within 1-2 business days from purchase with an estimated date of arrival and your tracking information.
Lead Time
After purchasing, our Delivery Coordinator will contact you within 1-2 business days to schedule your delivery. Approximate shipping lead times for receiving your items are as follows, lead times are subject to change:
Local: 1-2 Weeks
Georgia: 1-2 Weeks
Zone 1: 3-6 Weeks
Zone 2: 2-4 Weeks
Backordered Items
If you have pre-purchased a back-ordered item, you will receive a follow-up email confirming the estimated restocking date. Please note that all ETAs are subject to change or delay. Once your pre-purchased item is back in stock, we will call you to arrange delivery or pick up.
Small Decor Items
For small items that can be packed and shipped via FedEx carrier, such as pillows, candles, and lamps, lead times are approximately 3-10 business days for any US Location (excluding Alaska & Hawaii).
RETURN POLICY
Larger furniture items (such as sideboards, sofas, cabinets, etc.…) are shipped using our in-house delivery service to addresses within a 50-mile radius. If your address is outside our 50-mile radius, your item will be delivered using a 3rd party delivery service. You will be contacted by our delivery coordinator in 1-2 business days from the time you place your order to schedule your delivery. Lead times for delivery are usually 1-3 weeks depending on location.
Accessories and small goods that can ship via standard shipping methods (USPS, UPS, FedEx) will ship out in 1-2 business days.
liamandlana.com delivers and ships items Monday-Friday, excluding national and federal holidays, to addresses in the continental U.S.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Yes - If you would like to pick up your items please choose the pickup option at the time of placing your order. Pickup is available at no charge. Our Delivery Coordinator will be in contact with you within 1-2 business days after order is placed to schedule pickup from our Woodstock, GA warehouse. Please call 470-648-9125 with any questions regarding pickup.
May I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order up until the point of shipment. Once the item has shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. If you would like to cancel your order, please email hello@liamandlana.com or call our office at 470-648-9125
Do you accept returns?
Yes, on select items. If you would like to return any item/s from your order, you must do so within 5 days of receiving that order for a full credit. Items should be returned in either the same, or equivalent packaging as originally received. Return your package through the carrier of your choice. Please note: Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise. Custom orders (upholstery, mattresses, etc.) are final sale.

- Within 7 days of receiving the order, re-package your order in the same, or equivalent, packing material as originally delivered to you.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless items were received damaged, or a shipping error was made by Liam & Lana. If this is the case, please contact Liam & Lana upon receipt. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We recommend that you insure your return or send it in a traceable method. Liamandlana.com is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse.

How long will the return process take?
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
- The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns.
- Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.
- Depending on the credit card company, it may take up to an additional 10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.

All items must be in new condition to be eligible for return/exchange. Liam & Lana reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges for items that are not in as-new condition. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning an order.

Are any items Final Sale?
Yes. Items that are not eligible for a return, exchange or refund are as follows:
- Delivery fees
- Labor/Install Fees
- Sale/Discounted items (indicated on the website and invoice as “FINAL SALE”)
- Vintage, one-of-a-kind items (indicated on the website and invoice as “FINAL SALE”)
- Upholstery items (sectionals, sofas, chairs)
- Mattresses
How do I return my order?

What if the item(s) delivered is incorrect or damaged?
If any items received are incorrect or damaged, please submit your claim to us within 2 business days of receiving your goods by emailing hello@liamandlana.com. Please include your receipt and supporting photos. Claims submitted after 2 business days will not be eligible for an exchange or return.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
