You can place an order in our retail store or online. You can also email us at hello@liamandlana.com with what products you are interested in and a shipping address, and we will provide you with a quote and further steps needed to complete your order.
The shipping of items will vary depending on the product(s) in your order. Most items that are in stock will ship 2-3 business days from order placement. Larger furniture items and lighting will take approximately 2-3 weeks. Furniture items that are custom orders will take approximately 4-8 weeks generally unless our vendor or factory is oversold. If that happens your sales associate or product specialist can provide more details.
We appreciate your patience and understanding that shipping times can be different depending on the item purchased. Yes, you can merge these items on the truck if they are in stock. You may have to pay two separate charges since these are two different companies.
Shipping & Returns

Returns and exchanges may happen, and we're happy to assist you with both. For more detailed information, please visit our return policy here.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 7 days of delivery for an exchange, refund, or store credit. All items must be unused, in new condition with any tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. There will be a 25% restocking fee on larger returned items (sofas, furniture, rugs and lighting).
Any custom orders, sale items, mattresses, and One of a Kinds are final sale. Please contact hello@liamandlana.com for any questions and/or needs.
In-Store Orders
Customer Pickups – Are available free of charge at our Liam & Lana store or warehouse but will require scheduling 48 hrs. in advance. One-of-A-Kind items over 50 lbs. must be delivered on our trucks. * We recommend large items be delivered by our truck or our third-party furniture mover.
*One of A Kind (oversized) – We strongly recommend all oversized One-of-a-Kind items be delivered by our delivery team or a third-party furniture delivery service. These items can be very heavy and possibly delicate.
We strongly recommend you bring the proper wrapping and manpower to handle your new item(s).
Local White Glove Furniture Delivery – This service applies to a shipping address within a 45-mile radius of our Woodstock, GA store (Zip Code: 30188). There is a minimum charge of $125. White Glove shipping charges are based on item price before any discount and/or tax is applied. White Glove delivery means that the carrier will bring the items to your room of choice and remove all packaging. This will include assembly of furniture, if the customer desires, please be sure to specify at checkout.
Zone 1 – 8% (0-10 miles)
Zone 2 – 12% (11-20 miles)
Zone 3 – 15% (21-45 miles)
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location
Online Orders
All domestic orders small parcel items are shipped through USPS or UPS. Orders are typically shipped from our store and warehouse in Woodstock, GA. Orders will be shipped within 48 to 72 after placed if items are in stock. Please email us at hello@liamandlana.com if you have specific lead time questions.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery team and our third-party providers are unable to move any existing furniture or fragile items.
Shipping Restrictions

- Free Standard Shipping does not include express, oversized, in-home, or other special delivery charges.

Discounts & Payment

Discounts cannot be combined. When shopping on the website, you may be asked to provide a "Promotional Code"; your discount will be reflected on your order at checkout.
Shopify Payments is one of the most secure payment processors available. Shopify uses 128-bit SSL encryption technology to protect customers' information during checkout. They also use Fraud Defender, which helps prevent fraudulent transactions in our store.
